- Providing Support to Field (Domestic/Overseas) Engineers
- Trouble Shooting, Diagnosing and Resolving Product issues
- Log the Complaints in CRM
- Simulate the problems at Support Centre
- Report Product issues to Design & Software Team
- Provide prompt Solution to the Customer
- Knowledge Base Maintenance on Website
- Identify the Product Area that needs Training
- Identify the Field Engineers who need Training
- Design Training Modules Updating Training Modules
