Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate, L1 Azure Cloud & Network Support!
As L1 Cloud Support Resource in Azure Cloud and Networking, the primary role of the resource will be to ensure the continuous monitoring and operational stability of Azure cloud services and network infrastructure. He/she will play a crucial part in identifying and escalating issues while working closely with the technical teams to resolve incidents promptly.

Responsibilities

Azure Cloud Monitoring:
  • Monitor Azure cloud services and resources using various monitoring tools.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and management of Azure resources.
  • Respond to alerts and notifications related to Azure infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Azure-related issues.
  • Collaborate with Azure L2/L3 technical team to resolve the relevant incidents.
  • Escalate critical issues to higher-level support when necessary.
Network Monitoring:
  • Continuously monitor network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Identify and report network connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with the network team to resolve network-related incidents.
Incident Management:
  • Create incident tickets and accurately document incident details.
  • Provide L1 support and initial troubleshooting for incidents related to both Azure and network infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with L2 and L3 support teams to ensure timely incident resolution.
Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed incident records and update incident status regularly.
  • Keep accurate logs of incidents and their resolutions.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Relevant certifications in Azure or Networking.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, Networking concepts - protocols, and devices.
