This position plays a pivotal role in strategy, design, delivery and optimization of the CD platform, in close partnership with business and global teams. This is the best role at the intersection of business and technology and to understand product management. The Senior Analytics Engineer is a critical member of the data team.
JOB SUMMARY
As the Technical Architect, Customer Development, one is responsible forDesign and architect robust, highly scalable systems delivering best in class performance.
Support the PM in project management, prioritization while ensuring on-time and quality of delivery.
Lead complex projects and collaborate across teams to ensure that you land the project to agreed TTM.
Create prototypes and proofs-of-concept. Mentor the team, review code, enforce best practices.
Drive technology upgrades, capacity planning, budgeting, effort estimation & resource loading.
Constantly explore ways to improve our systems, optimize performance and drive implementation.Collaborate with teams to develop and support the application for smooth 24x7 operation of our service.
Support the system in team building & recruitment transparently in a multi-vendor environment.
Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards.
Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new CR.
Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product.
Independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
Assist developers, provide technical guidance, help them solve technical issues faced during development.
Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to peers and team.
Do infrastructure planning, assessment, costing, budgeting, cost optimization, cloud management.
Monitors analyse the infrastructure utilization, take care of onboarding, infra cost optimization.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science/Information technology with minimum experience of 11-13+ years of experience in Cloud Java Spring Boot & MVC Hibernate
Should have 7+ years Java Web Development experience and 5 years of proven experience as software architect.
Should have very good understanding inJava/JSP/Servlets/JDBC/Spring/Hibernate/jQuery/Java Script/SQL/TSQL.
Expertise in Java/J2EE/Spring/Hibernate/Web-Services with deep understanding of transactional and NoSQL DBs
Proficient in understanding enterprise servers, storage, HA/Failover design, Infrastructure as Code Concept
Deep understanding of messaging systems like MQ, Kafka, GCP Pub/Sub for implementation of asyn web services
Proficient in Cloud SQL MSSQL, DevOps concepts, Infrastructure Automation tools and working knowledge of Linux.
Experience in building large scale, low latency, scalable and distributed B2B systems using java technologies.
Should have very good understanding of technology best practices to be followed in agile development methodology.
Should have demonstrated success delivering cloud based large scale, complex applications in reputed organizations.
Functional knowledge in FMCG sector operations or prior experience in any distributor management system is a plus.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP). Should have demonstrated success in cloud cost optimization.
Excellent team skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapidly changing work environment.
Apart from the technical skillset in Java he should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize and plan work independently in a rapidly changing challenging and agile environment.
Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams

Manage a very large team of internal and external team members; ensure well-being, development & motivation, while ensuring delivery of CRs and BAU operations of the assigned areas
Manage the IT budget including adherence to forecast, optimization & compliance.
Ensure proper governance structure is followed across all stakeholders.
