Your Responsibilities:
- Efficiently managing the client's portfolio and ensuring excellent customer service through the accurate and timely delivery of service and campaigns to the client as per the requirement.
- Build Digital Marketing roadmap & proposals for clients which include social media, influencer, PR & performance marketing campaigns.
- Participating in and Leading brainstorms for New business opportunities
- Total client satisfaction, and for ensuring that regular reviews are conducted with the client
- Maintaining high levels of engagement for all your clients through the team.
- Should be able to establish trust with both external and internal stakeholders and be the primary
point of contact for all the matters concerning the client.
- Support senior management on crisis management issues, if required
- Stay current on social media channels, trends and analytical tools
- Incorporate digital and social strategies into Integrated Communications programs to support client objectives and work with digital innovations group to develop and execute digital strategies
- Manage and train the rest of the team
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Prepare and manage the Digital Marketing budget for clients
- Motivate Digital Marketing team to achieve goals
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal functional teams to create marketing/ campaign plans
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
- Keep up-to-date with our audiences preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
- Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results
- Adhere to processes and systems
- Present to Senior Management
Skill Sets/Experience We Require:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Good knowledge of all different Digital Marketing channels
- A self-starting attitude and an open outlook
- Resilience under pressure and against deadlines
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Well versed with MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Team player; Skills in managing people, projects and resources
- Agency experience is mandatory
- Pedigree
- Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or equivalent
