Job Title:
As a Team Leader – Inside Sales in the Real Estate sector, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing
Inside Sales team. Your primary goal will be to drive sales results, exceed targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the
organization.
Responsibilities:
 Provide leadership and direction to the Inside Sales team.
 Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales to achieve monthly revenue targets of the Team.
 Train, and develop team members to ensure a high level of performance.
 Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
 Develop and implement effective Inside Sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
 Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
 Monitor individual and team performance metrics.
 Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
 Implement improvement plans as needed to address performance gaps.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
 Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
 Address customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance team skills.
 Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
 Generate regular reports on sales performance and key metrics.
