As a Team Leader - HR, you will be responsible for leading and managing our HR department, focusing on recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees. This is a full-time position based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. The successful candidate should have 1 to 3 years of junior-level experience in HR.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR department, overseeing all HR activities and operations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation programs
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee training and development programs
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR management
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review
