A Team Lead - Talent Acquisition has to fulfill full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees along with handling a team.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead & manage a group of recruiters
- Provide guidance and support to help them perform their best
- Work with different stake holders to understand the manpower needs and develop strategies to attract and hire the right candidates
- Oversee & coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for al the stake holders
- Utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Actively search for potential candidates using various platforms like job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements.
- Reach out to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities and evaluate their interest and suitability.
- Assess and evaluate candidates based on interview performance, skills, and relevant experience.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Gather feedback from hiring managers and candidates and incorporate it into the decision-making process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Focus on providing a positive and respectful experience for candidates, regardless of the outcome.
