Job description

Objectives:
1. Grow the company organically into new business verticals and product lines
2.Explore inorganic growth opportunities and evaluate potential targets
3. Mitigate critical risks of the organization through efficient contract management
Critical Accountabilities:
1. Critical study and analysis of new product lines and verticals in which the company can grow into and strategies in the next 3-5 years
2. Create roadmap for entry into such new product lines and hence prepare Go-to market for such business verticals
3. Support Lead Contracts during negotiations of contracts with customers and drive them to closure
4. Collaborating with Key stakeholders in the company to understand the critical operational risks and incorporate these risks in future contract discussions with customer
5. Awareness of global market trends and their impact on the industry and more specifically in our ability to deliver to our customers
6. Devise strategies to grow existing business lines with innovative solutions
7. Prepare CXO level documents by doing in depth analysis of M&A targets across the globe in Aerospace & Defence manufacturing
