As the Staffing RecruitmentTeam Leader, you will play a crucial role in attracting and placing top talent within the staffing industry. You will lead a team of recruiters, overseeing the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiations. By collaborating closely with clients to understand their specific needs and building strong relationships, you will be instrumental in ensuring successful placements and driving the department's growth.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development:

Provide guidance, coaching, and support to your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Monitor individual and team performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Delegate tasks effectively to optimize team workflow and meet recruitment goals.

Client Partnership:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with staffing clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all recruitment needs. Collaboratively define clear hiring requirements, including job descriptions, candidate profiles, and timelines. Proactively communicate progress updates, address concerns, and suggest creative solutions to meet client objectives.

Talent Acquisition and Evaluation:

Implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract staffing talent from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Utilize various channels, such as Naukri, Shine, job boards, social media, networking, job drives/field recruitments and industry events, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, utilizing various assessment tools to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Present shortlisted candidates to clients, showcasing their strengths and potential contributions. Manage large-scale staffing needs and successfully fill positions within the established timelines.


Recruitment Process Management:

Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the timely and efficient execution of all stages, from initial contact to offer acceptance. Manage candidate communication throughout the process, providing updates and feedback regarding their application status. Negotiate competitive compensation packages and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

Data Analysis and Reporting:Generate reports and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies. Implement data-driven decision-making to ensure efficient resource allocation and high-quality placements. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment in the staffing industry.

Proven track record of successful placements and exceeding recruitment goals.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Proficiency in various recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome recruitment challenges.

Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Knowledge of hiring for the HTD process would be advantageous
