Job Description
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a diverse team of 10+ sales operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team to achieve departmental goals.
Sales Operations Management:
Oversee and optimize key sales operations activities, including account creation, data management, sales incentives, and process improvement initiatives.
Drive efficiency in sales processes, identifying and implementing best practices to enhance overall productivity.
CRM Expertise:
Manage and utilize CRM systems, including SAP CRM and MS Dynamics, to streamline sales operations.
Provide guidance and support to the team in leveraging CRM tools effectively for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
Future State Design:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement the future state design for sales processes, with a specific focus on Salesforce.com.
Lead the transition and integration processes to ensure a seamless adoption of the new CRM platform.
Performance Metrics:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of sales operations.
Implement strategies to continually improve team performance and meet or exceed targets.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with sales leaders, IT, and other relevant departments to align sales operations with overall business objectives.
Act as a key point of contact for sales teams, addressing queries, and providing solutions to enhance their operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, specifically SAP CRM and MS Dynamics. Experience with Salesforce.com is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
Minimum work experience: 6 years
Desired Work Experience: 2 years in people management role in a global MNC.
