The position
- As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overall management of team and performance of the Project Management (Real World Evidence and Scientific Recruitment & Retention) Department including timely planning and proper execution of projects and deliverables in the field of Real World Evidence Studies and Scientific Recruitment and Retention.
- Furthermore, you will be responsible to drive continual improvement and development of the team. We expect you to ensure that the business targets are met, alignment of business needs and support cross-area projects across GMA.
- You will be responsible for implementing strategic plans and inspiring and motivating the team to execute in accordance to the strategy and for communicating on a regular basis to ensure the right level of commitment, engagement and motivation from team and stakeholders.
- In addition to the above, you will be responsible for building strategic networks with various key stakeholders to facilitate decisions and improvement in the team.
- You will be responsible for stakeholder management and ensuring appropriate use of communication channels, bearing in mind stakeholders- characteristics.
- You will be responsible for identifying and facilitating cross functional collaboration opportunities across departments in GMA-BLR.
Qualifications
Below skills are required for the candidate to be successful in this role:
- Master's degree or above in relevant area
- Training of Clinical research, Real World Evidence studies OR Scientific Recruitment and Retention areas is required
- Has 7 or more years of relevant work experience
- Has 2 or more years of people management experience
- Experience in the field of Clinical research, Real World Evidence studies OR Scientific Recruitment and Retention is required
- Minimum formal project management training equivalent to 15 full days continued professional education
- Additional education and experience in pharma business/marketing
- Ability to coach collegues and support team development
