Role Purpose Oversees and manages the work of Engineers and Analysts. Role Responsibilities - Manages resource within the team and allocates work effectively - Assists in the management of vendor and software evaluation and selection - Ensures processes are followed and team complies with department policies - Reviews technical architecture, processes, provisions and suppliers to ensure that all aspects of the service are provided in an efficient manner - Recommends how processes can be improved - Contributes to design and deployment of suitable platforms for present / future architectures - Supports and assists internal IT and business projects at all stages from architecture through to production implementation. Minimum Requirements - This can be either a People Manager or Individual Contributor role - Bachelors degree or equivalent in an IT related discipline - Significant experience in Architecture / Engineering - Previous experience in technology based roles - Previous people management experience.
