Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited commenced operations in June 2004. U.S. India Tax — TTO:
Deloitte Tax LLP’s Tax Transformation (TTO) team is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of tax tools for the US Tax Practice. The professionals on the TTO team are focused on assisting Deloitte Tax in its efforts to deliver quality, comprehensive, value-added, and efficient client services using tax tools to our clients. The team consults and executes on a wide range of initiatives involving tax technology management, tool development and implementation.

- Service Line: Tax Transformation Office
- Job Level: Product Strategy Lead/Senior Consultant – Scrum Master
- Work Experience: 6-9 Years
Key Skills required:
- Excellent at SCRUM/AGILE methodologies
- Excellent at SCRUM process management tools, preferably Azure DevOps and/or other equivalent process management tools like Jira.
- Ability to team across multiple time zones
- Excellent communicator and have influencing and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution
- Be proactive, strong minded, quick thinker and assertive
- Flexible and prioritize work and tasks under pressure
- Capable of building sustainable relationships with colleagues and key individuals
- Creativity and ability to think outside-the-box while defining sound and practical solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution
- Lead the scrum team using Agile methodology and drive scrum practices
- Review project goals and ensure project goals and timeline is achievable
- Support product owner and development team in achieving customer satisfaction
- Overcome impediments and coach scrum team on overcoming hurdles
- Liaise with project leads and maintain project schedule and efficacy
- Lead development team activities using Agile framework
- Drive higher levels of scrum maturity and expedite development
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive higher levels of efficiency
- Provide support to product owners, project owners, stakeholders as necessary
- Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
- Coordinate with project managers and project leads following project execution
- During design and key development phases, might need to work a staggered shift to ensure appropriate overlap of the India and US teams and project deliveries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or relevant educational or professional experience
- 6-9 years of related experience in related field. Tax industry experience is a plus.
- Accreditation such as CSM Certification.
- Advanced written, verbal analytical and communications skills required.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Basic client interaction skills
- Ability to coordinate and work effectively with teammates, end-users and leadership
