- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns with ticketing Tool.
- Create and verify backups of data.
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests Service desk plus.
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
- Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes.
- Review application logs and monitoring.
- Install and test computer-related equipment’s based on requirements.
- Provide hands and feet support to Server Infra team.
- Working knowledge on handling ILO, KVM, VM and VX-Rail management.
- Azure/networking certification and experience is recommended.
- Should be proficient with server user management, file permissions, Active Directory, group polices, security, Deployments, etc.
- Experience with Windows Server 2008 to 2019.
- Experience managing services with cloud provider such as Microsoft 365, Azure.
- Demonstrated knowledge in routing, switching, security, and VPN connectivity.
- Builds, deploys, maintains, and assist with repairs of Windows and VMware servers/hosts on racks, and hyper converged infrastructures.
