- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test scenarios, automate test cases, and prioritize testing efforts.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing and deployment.
- Execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Analyze test results and report defects to development teams using issue tracking systems.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile/Scrum activities.
- Work closely with manual testers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective test strategies.
- Continuously improve test automation frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in test automation and software testing.
- Mentor junior members of the QA team and provide guidance on test automation best practices.
- Quality Assurance regression testing, ticket testing of bug fixes with collateral damage validation, interface and integration testing, environmental testing on multiple platforms.
- Understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
- Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
- Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope/delivery dates.
Required:
- B.E. (Computer Science/E&TC) with 4-5 years of experience in Software Testing (Manual/Automation).
Preferred:
- Experience in Oil and Gas domain projects.
