Position - Supply Chain Planner (AI & FFP)
Job Location - Pune
1. Ensure customer on-time delivery for a given portfolio, (both within and outside EAME), via seamless E2E communication throughout the Supply Chain (AI Planners, regional and country commercial functions, EAME sites, customer service, distribution).
2. To create and maintain the overall AI & FF&P supply plan across AMEA region for assigned portfolio, providing options to meet variances in demand and supply.
3. Ensure efficient use of Inventory (both regional and international), maintaining agreed customer service levels, whilst minimizing working capital.
4. Plan all products within their portfolio according to Global and AMEA Planning processes and policies. Manage the monthly Requirements & Operations Planning (ROP) meeting with the Production sites for assigned portfolio.
5. Work in partnership with Supply Chain managers, Global planners, Asset planners and De-mand Managers to ensure the optimization of demand/supply as well inventory throughout the regional Supply Chain (AI, raw materials, bulk and finished products), managing the trade-off between Customer service, Inventory investment and Production efficiency.
6. Review requirements in SAP/APO for assigned portfolio/AIs and ensure that it is up to date.
7. Experience of the key interfaces within a Supply Chain.
8. Understanding of Supply Chain planning MRPII principles.
9. SAP, APO & BW knowledge.
