Purpose: Responsible for implementing operations efficiency improvement and operations excellence initiatives for the organization
Your Superpowers
Operational
- Responsible for enhancing operation excellence in operations team with organization by building a robust operation excellence framework
- Enhance Operational Efficiency of the organization by creating standard service level agreements across the organization ensuring operation excellence
- Responsible for designing and implementation of best in class processes and practices within operations to ensure process optimization and cost reduction for the organization
- Continuously review existing work practices and process flows within operations to identify improvement opportunities
- Support in development and promotion global productivity models within operations and support in the establishment of operations productivity targets for Blue Dart
- Support in identifying champions, develop and coordinate programs in the areas of Pick Up and Delivery, Service Centre and Hub Optimization
- Responsible for monitoring key performance metrics for operations (Delivery performance, transit times, NSLs etc) and formulate programs to improve the same Responsible for conducting periodic internal quality audits, identify non-conformance and follow-up for closures.
