Description:
Role Purpose
Accountable for the DIH of finished goods, In full-service level and timely delivery of launches and projects.
Main Accountabilities Key Interfaces
Co-define and jointly execute the supply planning strategy under the supervision of the materials manager
while actively validating supplier capacities & constraints in line with projected business plans.
➢ Process Control
- Actively participate and provide inputs in the pre-S&OP meetings to inform business decisions for the CU.
- Prepare monthly import/purchase plans and communicate in a timely manner to the Hubs/PCs.
- Consolidate net demands from East Africa export countries and upload to them to the NDF booklet in a timely
- Liaise with Hubs/PCs to confirm availability of firmed orders and communicate in time to the business and export
- Manage the stock holding for finished goods within the targeted DIH values.
- Actively manage and communicate the phase out phase in process to the entire team. Communicate GTIN
- Manage the import documentation process and ensure all required documents are provided to the relevant
- Track and provide on a monthly SIT stock status to Supply Chain controlling.
- Identify and communicate any supply bottle necks three months prior & actively provide alternative solutions.
- Ensure constant communication with Hubs, 3PMs and source PCs.
- Actively communicate and provide documentation to the warehouse, LSP and QA on expected deliveries

Experience
- Actively coordinate local team members to deliver on value engineering projects on a time.
- Regularly update the management team members on the progress of IIM projects.
- Coordinate local team members to maintain product master data on time for completion of projects.
- Maintain materials’, vendors’ master data, info records and source lists in PE2 as per BPP.
Monitor and report performance on;
a. SL IF, FCA M3 & M1, Forecast Bias & Lead time.
b. ICP development/variations.
c. Clearing agent performance.
d. Duty structure development
e. OOS & Supply situation on imported SKUs

minimum 2 years’experience
within Supply Chain.

Job Location – Mumbai Office
Working hours – South Africa (International Supply chain experience is a must)
