Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Asst. Marketing Manager (FMCG). The Asst. Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting in building the brand and ensuring that all marketing functions are performed in a fully professional and efficient manner for various FMCG product categories.
- The Asst. Marketing Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and researching competitors, developing and executing marketing campaigns, developing and executing digital marketing plans, analyzing consumer insights and presenting new marketing strategies, communicating with internal teams on marketing strategies, and coordinating with other departments to support company-wide initiatives.
Mandatory Skill:
- Proficient in Marketing and Promotions of FMCG of reputed brands.
- Good marketing, branding and relationship building skills.
- Excellent Negotiating Skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan Marketing and Promotional activities of FMCG products.
- Plan marketing budgets and yearly calendar
- Managing, analyzing and reporting on market data, establishing requirements and formulating activities.
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Plan a Consumer Engagement Strategy for Retail outlets, MT and Franchise store.
- Plan for product launches at Retail outlets, MT and Franchise store, plan BTL activity for the same.
- Plan for product specific promotional activities campaigns ,Cross promotions, seasonal product promotions at retail outlets
- Will represent the company and work with Branding Strategy Consultants, Brand Development,
- Creative Agencies, Retail Marketing and Merchandising Agencies.
- Build brand awareness by participation in local exhibitions and events, press, cable TV, newspapers and other outdoor media such as hoardings, bus/Auto, bus/train stations etc
- Proficient in product positioning, market segmentation and, new markets penetration.
- Create market share by developing marketing plans and programs for specific products. Achieve and track product growth.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Monitor product distribution, availability and consumer reactions.
- Analyze and monitor competitor and consumer activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Understand Market demands and suggest product mix.
- Work closely with sales team for execution and tracking
- Be in the market for effective plan implementation to drive growth
