Hands-on experience on Pega 8.x
Experience or knowledge on Pega strategic frameworks like CS/CPM and SD
Good understanding of Pega LayerCake, Rule resolution, Inheritance and Dynamic Class Referencing.
Hands-on experience in Pega User Interface, HTML 5, Section rules
Extensive understanding and experience in Pega Data Pages.
Experience in designing and developing flows with Pega case management.
Knowledge of Multi-tenancy is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge and experience in Integration engine and Connect rule.Qualifications
Should have 3-5 years of Pega development experience
Candidates to have strong working/hands-on skill on following – Data Pages, SSO, REST Services, Reporting, Batch Processing and Performance Tuning
Good knowledge on BPM, BAU.
Take ownership for own responsibility, creating clarity and motivating and aligning others by managing performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process
Should have good communication skills along with having worked with partners in multiple timezones.
Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
