Job description

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our sales team
  • The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling our technical products or services by providing technical expertise to customers
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Sales:Understand the technical aspects of our products or services and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Customer Engagement:Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges
  • Provide technical solutions and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products or services
  • Product Knowledge:Stay updated on product features, technical specifications, and industry trends
  • Train sales and customer support teams on technical aspects of products
  • Sales Presentations:Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for customers, both in-person and virtually
  • Address technical inquiries and concerns to build customer confidence
  • Proposal Development:Assist in the development of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation for customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proposals align with customer needs
  • Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams
  • Sales Support:Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to address technical issues and concerns
  • Market Intelligence:Gather and provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Contribute to the development of new products or enhancements based on market needs
