Job Summary
Responsible for Customer complaints, status of customer complaints, complaint closure time, costs of After Sales & Service, and areas of concern. Provide update on critical customer complaints and erection commissioning needs. Recommend and seek approval for training and development of self and subordinates. Take approvals for supply of free of cost materials, visit to overseas sites, spares and service sales. Take guidance on matters related to customers and interdepartmental issues.
