Our client is looking for Customer Sales Associate. The Job : Your responsibilities will include : Client Acquisition : Proactively identify and pursue potential clients who require legal services. Consultative Sales : Understand clients' unique needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their legal requirements. - Educate clients on the benefits and advantages of our services. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the legal landscape, ensuring that you are well-informed to address client inquiries and concerns. Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies. Sales Reports : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and outcomes, using the company's CRM system. Product Knowledge : Stay informed about services, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate this information to potential and existing clients. Ideal Candidate : - You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Other Services industry. - You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets. - You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. - You have working knowledge of sales and cold calling - You are a strong networker & relationship builder - You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders - You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments (ref:updazz.com)
