Location: DelhiResponsibilitiesBuyer Management· Weekly report on competitors’ price for key steel products sold in their region, along with price analysis of products sold on our platform vis-à-vis those of the competitor sellers operating in the region.· Fortnightly report on price movement of key prime product sold in their operating region. The report should also include the price movement of alternate benchmark products.· Handling customer queries regarding sellers on the platform through various communication channels, as applicable.· Cold calling prospective buyers for different categories and fixing meetings with them as per their availability.· Visit prospective new buyers and explain them about the services that we offer and products that we auction.· Describe each product category, its characteristics and benefits to attract the buyer to register with us.· Regular follow up with prospective buyers. Make sure all prospective leads are converted for FA participation.· Maintaining relationship with existing buyers and encourage them for participation in auctions being held in metal platform.· Mobilize lost buyers by understanding their concerns and resolve the same in coordination with the relevant teams.· Handle registration of new buyers, collect & maintain hard copies ofdocuments, provide knowledge about auction process.· Motivate buyers to submit EMD for various auction.· Ensure to keep buyers informed in their region about the upcoming auctions.· Provide solutions to queries of new and existing buyers.· Arrange trainings to new buyers as well as new users with existing buyers as and when required to ensure effective participating in auctions.· Build and maintain good relationships with the buyers by regular contact.· Update all buyers about new products and cross-sell/ up-sell mjunction’s services wherever possible.· Help in organizing customer meets with the team.· Regular monitoring on buyer registrations, lost buyers etc.· Submit call reports as per the format provided by Central buyer management teams.Qualifications· 3+ years of experience in the steel industry in a sales role· Should possess a sound knowledge of usage of the steel products, their end applications, and their key markets.· Awareness and understanding of market dynamics.Benefits:Medical and life insurancePaid time offWorld-class training and educational resourcesWell-being programs to support mental and physical healthGiving and volunteer programs to benefit charitable organizations and local communitiesDiscounts on products, services, and experiences under the TATA group umbrellaAt mjunction services ltd, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
