Sr. Executive Admin & Coordinator - Admin
Job Description
- Daily 2 times floor visit to observe if any repairing/maintenance required.
- Training security agency for smooth operation.
- Maintaining vendor directory and inviting new vendors for maintenance and AMC purpose.
- Getting repairing/maintenance work done without disturbing routine work of other employees
- Prepare scrap list and submit it to the admin manager for further instruction.
- Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
- Checking the bills, receipts, quotations and delivery challan properly before submitting it to the Executive Admin back office for further payment process.
- Keeping the record of all electrical drawing and layout of all the premises.
- Ensuring completing fire safety of the premises and conducting mock drills every quarter with proper documentations.
- Maintaining AMC contracts and timely service sheet.
- Coordinating and getting quotations from vendor for vehicle, property and laptop insurance and submit it further for renewal process.
- Inter Departmental Coordination and helping them arranging things at the time of event.
- Get DG set checked and training peons to operate DG set for emergency situations.
- Preparing and submitting the list to the HR department of hospitals and doctors near office premises for emergency situations.
- Petty cash management
- Any other task assign by Manager or Management.
