Data Entry Executive

As a Data Entry Executive at Fuaark, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of various operational processes. Your primary responsibility will be to enter and update data related to inventory, sales, customer information, and other administrative tasks. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into the company's database or spreadsheet software.
• Maintain and update records of inventory levels, including product descriptions, quantities, and locations.
• Verify the accuracy of data entered and make necessary corrections or adjustments as needed.
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of physical and digital filing systems.
• Generate reports, summaries, and other documents based on data entered for use by management or other departments.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure Data Entry tasks are completed on time.
• Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in Data Entry or office administration.
• Proven experience in Data Entry or a related field, with strong typing skills and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with database management systems and software applications for Data Entry.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
