About an Opportunity: Tridiagonal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sr. Engineer – OTS based in Pune with a Chemical Engineering background to grow its customer base focusing on Chemical Process Industry.
Purpose: Sr. Engineer – OTS shall be responsible for delivering OTS projects for customers across the globe. You will be part of the Manufacturing Excellence and Digital Transformation (MEDT) Group at Tridiagonal Solutions, Pune. The candidate shall that the project deliverables are met in terms of application quality performance & budget, while working with a team of automation project engineers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility of handling and executing critical activities for the implementation of an OTS
- Support the Lead Engineer to execute the OTS projects end-to-end (including MAT, FAT, SAT, etc.)
- Being responsible for deliverables pertaining to OTS solutions
- Ensure the engineering workflow is adhered to and project is executed as per the Quality Management System
- Ensure customer queries are resolved on time & maintain customer relationship through professional approach.
- Efficient in Process Analysis and estimating the areas where optimization is required to enhance productivity
- Responsible for providing remote assistance to installed base
- Building and training the team members
Key Competencies:
- Aspiration to lead a project at the earliest opportunity
- Strong background and fundamentals in Process Simulations, Thermodynamics, Mass transfer and Heat Transfer
- 2-3 years of experience of using Process Simulation software such as Aspen/HYSYS, UniSim, PetroSim, etc. to solve real-world engineering problems
- A prior experience of handling a complete OTS project cycle
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to implement thermodynamic models to obtain practical engineering solutions to difficult problems
- Ability to work independently, as well as with others in a diverse team environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and to communicate effectively with customers
- Possesses a sense of urgency, strong organizational and follow up skills
- Demonstrated skills in writing and presenting in Fluent English
- Interested in working with customers and willing to travel 40% of time

Education/Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience
Location: Pune ( Work from Office )
