Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven working experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintenance of financial records
- Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee vendor management and ensure timely payment processing
- Manage and support audits and compliance activities
- Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices
