Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Accountant at Bhausa Lifesciences Pvt. LTD. located in Ludhiana. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, including month and end-year process accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury and budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expense variance analysis and capital assets reconciliations. The Sr. Accountant will also work with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field with 2+ years of supervisory/management experience
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, and financial regulations including GAAP
- Familiarity with financial statement preparation
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), and accounting software (ERP and Tally preferred)
- Experience with Tax and Audit is a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
