Role & responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge of generating Secondary sales of assigned territory
2. Customer Management - to be responsible for Secondary sales of assigned Distributors & Dealers
3. Conducting various activities in market, customers time-to-time to increase Territory Sales
4. Managing Debtors days as per internal policy
5. Responsible to send the daily Secondary reports to management as per format
6. Responsible for Dealer meet & Dealer Sales Person training, CLAD Fabricators training & Lunch and Learn with Architects as per internal policy
7. Responsible to conduct unified loyalty programme - Enrollment & engagement along with Marketing team
8. CRM Score to be maintain as per internal parameters
9. Minimum 40 of Hours training to be complete in financial Year
Desired Skill Sets:
1. Knowledge of generating Secondary sales of assigned territory
2. Good communication in local language & convincing skills to handle the Customers
3. Knowledge of CRM and sales management tools, MS Office (Mandatory)
4. Should have good with Contractors, Carpenters, Builders & ID's
5. Should have minimum knowledge in Discounts, schemes & payments collections of customers
