- Role: Solution Development Lead

- You are:
- As a Solution Development Lead, you will play a leadership role across a key Accenture business area (industry, function, practice or service) and work closely with the Asset & Solution Champion and Global Solution Leads to develop the future vision & strategy, roadmap, and related features of a solution portfolio and solution/solution families in that portfolio. In this leadership role, you will lead design-build-test solution lifecycle and planning with a focus on maintain quality standards and you will guide a team in agile product management to drive outcomes in a predictable manner and provide transparency. You will mitigate risks, foster collaboration across Accenture’s services, and enhance the quality of solutions through feedback and contributions from account teams.
- Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall content strategy and execution for all client facing knowledge to be moved to the Accenture Reinvention Console
- Work with Solution Development team to incorporate Innovation, client /CAL feedback, practitioner content.
- Lead teams in solution tablet standards and agile solution delivery methods.
- Responsible for the quality of cartridges and solution tablets that are built and maintained by G&S OD
- Understand and articulate the market problem(s) that are being solved by the suite of solutions tablets for the portfolio.
- Work with Global Solution Leads, Asset & Solution Champions, and Solution Development Leads for each solution tablet to meet the needs of the target user personas, using a data-based approach to evolve the current Solutions.
- Identify the business portfolio’s gaps and new opportunities and establish their relative priority across the Solution Development cycle. As an example, this may include new Solution tablet development, enhancement of existing solution tablets, or input on target acquisitions.
- Mitigate risks, determine relative prioritization of solution enhancements within the portfolio based on user feedback and client implementations.
- Facilitate and support solution tablet retirement for solutions that are no longer relevant in the portfolio.
- Conduct quality assurance for Solutions, and help Solution Development Leads identify risks, mitigation strategies, and quality issues as they arise.
Required Work Experience & Skills
• 10+ years professional experience; with 4+ years of client facing consulting experience as a plus.
• Proven track record leading a team of 4+.
• Proven success guiding and partnering with multiple senior executives.
• Proven expertise in one or many of the business areas Accenture works in
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• High ability to adapt to an evolving operating model and changing ways of working.
• Product Management experience and understanding a plus.
• Understanding of agile ways of working and storytelling a plus.
• Previous experience building compelling narratives out of existing materials a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, proposal development, advertising, marketing, strategy, transformation a plus
