Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Find new sales opportunities and tailor product offerings to suit different industries.
Plan and prioritize daily sales activities like reaching out to potential clients, following up with leads, and collecting payments.
Develop a deep understanding of our product to effectively explain its benefits to potential customers.
Help customers with setting up and using our software to its fullest potential.
Follow up with clients regularly to close deals within set timelines.
Negotiate prices and agreements with customers to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Provide dedicated support to clients and work with technical teams to address their questions and needs.
Build relationships with existing customers and stay in touch with them regularly.
