Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree, Immediate joiner ,Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience primarily working with Salesforce.com and integration with other SaaS applications like NetSuite
• Experience in Salesforce application testing, which is developed or customized in Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud and exposure in validating functional flows in Lead/ Opportunity/Quote/Finance/Case Management with Reports and Dashboards, integration and validations.
• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience
• Should have knowledge of API (SOAP and REST), API testing tools like Postman etc.
• Experience in Programming language – Java/Python
• Minimum of at least 2 years of experience in Test automation using TOSCA.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages, tools and framework is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Waterfall and Agile testing methodology experience
• Enterprise sales, support, marketing, and financial experience
• Proficient in Salesforce.com testing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workload
• Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated
• Technology / Tool Experience Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Office

Responsibilities :

• The SFDC QA Engineer is an active participant in all phases of the project life cycle and will be required to work closely with various internal business partners to ensure that all testing requirements are understood, documented and met.
• Work on Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, SOQL,Workbench)
• Demonstrative success with implementing at least one large Salesforce.com project
• Develop Automated test scripts and perform Automation testing using TOSCA .
• Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
• Interact with both technical teams and business.
• Work on building test automation framework

Qualifications :

• B.Tech/BE/ME/MCA/MCS/MSc degree from a reputed Institute/University 
• Professional experience, working on Salesforce applications - QA
• Good knowledge of Salesforce Admin concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Exposure to at least one Automation tool
