Position Overview:
As a Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in managing our Social Media platforms, creating engaging content, and coordinating with both internal teams and external clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO, gaining valuable experience in various aspects of the business.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
- Develop and curate compelling content for our Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
- Craft engaging and shareable posts, graphics, and multimedia content to drive audience engagement.
2. Social Media Management:
- Schedule and publish posts across various platforms, ensuring consistency and optimal timing for audience reach.
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, industry news, and audience feedback to inform content strategy.
3. Employee and Client Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, updates, and highlights for Social Media content.
- Engage with clients and partners through Social Media channels, fostering positive relationships and addressing inquiries.
4. CEO Assistance:
- Provide support to the CEO by assisting in various tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing email correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Help in maintaining the CEO's Social Media presence by curating and posting content on their behalf.
5. **Analytics and Reporting:**
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of Social Media campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on Social Media activity and present insights for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications:**
- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program or recent graduate with a focus on Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with major Social Media platforms and their best practices.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to interpret data.
