With over 30 years of customer understanding across the segments of Mass, Mass Premium, Fashion, Prestige & Luxury, BCPL provides its partners with a competitive edge in a challenging & emerging market like India.Website - https://bcplindia.com/Job Description:Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.Social Media Management: Help manage and schedule posts across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent and timely updates.Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with our Social Media community, responding to comments and messages in a professional and friendly manner.Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends and tools to recommend new strategies and initiatives.Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing Social Media performance metrics to gain insights and optimize our strategies.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align Social Media content with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.Content Calendar: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a content calendar.Content Curation: Find and share relevant industry news, articles, and user-generated content to increase brand visibility.Qualifications:Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Bachelor's degree program in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.Basic understanding of Social Media analytics and reporting.Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Knowledge of Social Media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
