Job Description:
UNFYD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Quality Assurance and testing processes related to our product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and testing methodologies, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance strategies and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, testers, and analysts to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
- Product Testing: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of testing activities across various stages of product development, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Quality Metrics: Define and track key quality metrics to assess the effectiveness of QA processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to product quality and work proactively to mitigate them.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on quality objectives and priorities.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team and across the organization to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality outcomes.
- Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, code review feedback, and test results to facilitate traceability and knowledge sharing.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in Quality Assurance and degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.10 + years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on product development and testing.Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.Expertise in both Manual & Automation testing for Web & Mobile based application.Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.Experience in establishing and managing code review processes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.Location: Thane
