Implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) system at CRC(W) of Flat Products in order to confirm that the right quality of material goes to the customer. Maintain all the calibration records and MSA. Responsible for Process & Product Audits.
Skills
- Detailed knowledge of Cold Rolling Process .
- Must have work experience in Technology Group,
- Detailed knowledge of handling DPCR`s.
- Visit the customer in case of complaint and rejections.
- Knowledge on IATF16949 .
- Customer Complaint Handling
- Data analysis for complaints and rejections.
- Knowledge of products and processes in the Flat Products and customer use is desirable.
B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgical / Mechanical / Industrial, Production Engineering
