Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead and supervise a team of operators, technicians, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Production Oversight:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Monitor and optimize the efficiency of waterjet cutting processes.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the highest standards of quality control are maintained.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs of waterjet cutting machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall plant performance.
Safety Compliance:
- Enforce and promote a safe working environment.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock for production needs.
- Coordinate with procurement to source necessary materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a Waterjet Machine Manager role.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
