Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Plant Finance Controller (12-20 Yrs)

We are looking for Plant Finance Controller for one of our client based in Kadi Gujarat.

Designation: Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Plant Controller
Location: Kadi, Gujarat

Experience: 12+ Years, working as a Plant Controller.

Qualification: MBA Finance/ICWA + BE

Note: Working exp as Plant Finance or plant controller is must.
Below are the Major Responsibilities
- Prepare Conversion Cost analytics.
- Development of conversion cost budget and prepare standard cost for the year.
- Drive improvement in hourly rates through CI ideation
- Performing, review and discuss labor productivity and efficiency calculations.
- Validate Procurement CI, VAVE, Manufacturing CI on regular basis.
- Custodian of CAPEX budget for the entity
- Preparation of Capital Appropriation Requests for capex proposals.
- Responsible for PPF M/YTD forms and supports Plant Operations review w/ GO Leadership
