1. Prepare T&D / TM Budget as per unit and business norms
2. Ensure the training needs identification through Poornata PMS process and other appropriate methods. Preparing yearly training calendar based on Training need Assessment
3. Prepare summary report regularly for all trainings as per the parameters and facilitate through Poornata.

1. Surf for the faculty for trainings in consultation with HODs.
2. Ensure the capacity building of the employee through Poornata and ensuring the action plan prepared
3. Ensure the training of all the employees in Management cadre on the process of KRA loading, PMS and use of ELM for enrolling in the training.
4. Provide technical assistance to all employees regarding Poornata modules.

5. Formulate plans for gap analysis and ensure tie-up with agencies for external training
6. Develop and encourage new process driven systems

1. Ensuring and coordinating Potential Assessment of eligible employees and Their DAC Process.
2. Developing and planning of IDPs / Actions plans of Talent Pool Members and IDP Writing
3. Formulate plans in consolation with Functional head / DH -HRM for talent assessment as per business guidelines
4. Facilitation for Focus 50 talent and Timely coordination their reviews on progress
5. Formulate strategies for career management process entire workforce
6. Ensure that a robust succession plan is defined and implemented across all levels

KIP Visits
1. To organize and facilitate KIP (Knowledge Integrated Program) for our employees at other ABG Units & Other agencies / companies for understanding their best practices and systems.

On the Job Training of GETs
1. To organize OTJ Stint for all GETs in various functions / departments and assessing their performance on fortnightly/monthly basis with DH/FH.
2. To keep a proper track on their performance for placing them successfully on probation after completing their OJT Stints.

1. To ensure data & record as per the laid down ISO- procedures with regards to Training & Development / Talent Management.
