3. Administrating Poornata modules of T&D & TM
4. Planning & implementing the development plans and opportunities of Talent Pool members and development paths for critical positions
5. Co-ordinating GHR /BHR initiatives implementations like FOCUS 50, Young Talent, TechX Programs and Gyanodaya Programs.

KRA6 | KIP Visits | 1. To organize and facilitate KIP (Knowledge Integrated Program) for our employees at other ABG Units & Other agencies / companies for understanding their best practices and systems. | |
KRA7 | On the Job Training of GETs | 1. To organize OTJ Stint for all GETs in various functions / departments and assessing their performance on fortnightly/monthly basis with DH/FH. | |
KRA8 | Internal & External ISO Audits | 1. To ensure data & record as per the laid down ISO- procedures with regards to Training & Development / Talent Management. |
