What You'll Have in Experience and Skills:
- Fluency in English is an absolute requirement. Someone who can comfortably speak with US teams and assess the communication skills of the candidates who have experience working at a Tier-1 software company or has education from a nationally reputed institute
- Hunger for challenging assignments mainly startup work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
What You'll Do :
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies
- Assists with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for selected positions
- Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
- Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication
- Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers
- Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications
- Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace
- Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals Conduct initial phone screenings
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
