Job Purpose
Drive the day-to-day execution of Talent Acquisition by identifying and creating opportunities to work effectively and efficiently with internal clients while providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a TA partner (IC Role) for assigned client groups, utilizing flexible resources as needed to meet hiring demand!
- Drive communication between hiring managers, HRBP’s and Talent Acquisition to ensure excellent service and responsiveness
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of recruiting efforts for assigned client groups
- Develop consultative relationships with business leadership, meeting regularly to learn business priorities, hiring plans, and talent needs
- In collaboration with Director of Talent Acquisition, coach, assist, mentor and develop recruiting team if assigned
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leadership to generate and execute recruiting strategies, employer branding opportunities, process improvement, and programs to create hiring success
- Create recruiting pipelining strategies to build and maintain a continual supply of talent for ICE
- Continually build relationships with candidates through community and organization engagement, attending hiring events, and participation in other talent sourcing opportunities
- Build relationships with HRBP’s for collaboration on business plans, hiring needs, challenges, and recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with other TA Partners to share information, generate ideas, and leverage resources to facilitate high-quality, effective hiring
- Stay abreast of market trends, candidate touchpoints, and become subject-matter expert for hiring for ICE
- Lead team meetings, meetings with client groups, and other ad hoc meetings as required
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience
- Minimum of 6+ years recruiting and proactive candidate sourcing experience in an exempt/professional hiring environment
- Strong preference for recruiting experience in technology, financial services, or other highly technical and competitive hiring culture
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented working style
- Strong team player, with commitment to collaborative and communicative relationships
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and judgment
- Ability to quickly build relationships, handle multiple priorities, organize workload
- Excellent leadership qualities - a lead-by-example style with a readiness to mentor and coach others

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
