Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales/Business Development professional to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. This role involves driving sales and business development strategies in the field of Interior Designs. The ideal candidate should have a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in sales/Business development and a strong background in the interior design industry. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record of 4 to 6 years in sales/Business development, preferably in the interior design industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve company objectives in the field of interior designs.
- Identify and establish new client relationships through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized interior design solutions to meet their needs.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, including negotiations and contract signings.
- Collaborate with the design team to create innovative interior design concepts and proposals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through effective relationship management.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and contribute to decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the sales team by sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
