Your responsibilities include:
Inventory Management:
Oversee the movement of inventory from warehouses/factories to retail stores
across the country.
Implement strategies for optimizing inventory levels and minimizing stock outs.
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline the supply chain.
Store Management Support:
Pick up ad-hoc tasks related to store management as required.
Collaborate with store managers to address operational challenges.
Ensure that stores are well-stocked and adhere to merchandising standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and store management teams to ensure
smooth operations.
Foster collaboration between different teams to enhance overall efficiency.
Inventory Analysis:
Analyse inventory data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
Provide insights on inventory turnover, aging stock, and other relevant metrics.
Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and associated costs.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures.
Generate regular reports on inventory levels, movement, and performance.
Address discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
