AddressYour KRAs will include the following:
- Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitoring and building systems for Transactional Level risks.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization's operations, financial stability, and reputation.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to anticipate emerging risks and opportunities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk controls and recommend enhancements or modifications as necessary.
- Provide expert guidance and support to senior management and business units on risk-related matters, including risk appetite, tolerance levels, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments affecting the organization's risk profile, and proactively advise management on potential implications.
- Promote a culture of risk awareness and accountability through training and communication.
YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, PRM, CFA) preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in risk management in BFSI.
- Good understanding of risk management principles and tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and work with diverse teams.
