Job Description
- Main KRA will include mass hiring with the help of a team.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Ensure that employees have a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.
- Manage effective recruitment and applicant selection strategies.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment, including interviews, follow-ups, negotiations, and close candidates in a timely manner
-Utilize innovative sourcing tools and social networking sites along with more traditional techniques. This includes cold calling, screening, and -qualifying prospective candidates.
- Manage communications with Hiring Managers and candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
- Handle the HR operations of all the Regional Locations for their recruitments.
- Manage a team to complete the necessary recruiting within the allotted time.
