Candidate Profile

• MBA/BBA in HR or relevant degree
• At least 5 years of proven experience in Recruitment, Mass Hiring
• Knowledge of Agricultural hiring will be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability to start
• Good negotiation skills and work within budgetary constraints
• Knowledge of Recruitment
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Expertise in using MS Office (or similar) tools, especially Word, Excel, & PPT

Job Description

• Main KRA will include mass hiring with the help of a team.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Ensure that employees have a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.
• Manage effective recruitment and applicant selection strategies.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of recruitment, including interviews, follow-ups, negotiations, and close candidates in a timely manner

-Utilize innovative sourcing tools and social networking sites along with more traditional techniques. This includes cold calling, screening, and -qualifying prospective candidates.

• Manage communications with Hiring Managers and candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
• Handle the HR operations of all the Regional Locations for their recruitments.
• Manage a team to complete the necessary recruiting within the allotted time.
