As a Senior Recruiter with specialized experience in healthcare and a focus on supporting US and India hiring needs, you will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to contribute to our organization's growth and success. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, along with expertise in US recruitment practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of healthcare positions, including but not limited to physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
• Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and talent landscape to inform recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to US hiring, including healthcare industry-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with legal and HR teams to navigate complex regulatory and licensing processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers, HR team members, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
• Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization's employer brand within the healthcare industry.
• Implement initiatives to attract top talent through various channels.
• Utilize recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, time-to-fill, and overall recruitment performance.
• Provide regular reports and analyses to leadership on recruitment key performance indicators.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on US hiring.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of healthcare positions.
• Familiarity with US immigration and licensing processes related to healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
