As a Senior Recruiter with specialized experience in healthcare and a focus on supporting US and India hiring needs, you will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to contribute to our organization's growth and success. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, along with expertise in US recruitment practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of healthcare positions, including but not limited to physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and talent landscape to inform recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to US hiring, including healthcare industry-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and HR teams to navigate complex regulatory and licensing processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers, HR team members, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on US hiring.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of healthcare positions.
- Familiarity with US immigration and licensing processes related to healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
