Job Requirements

• Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portals and social networks, free sites and also on the local database by applying appropriate search strings.

• Respond quickly to open positions, but always with quality as a priority.

• Scrutinize profiles on predefined parameters & desired specification.

• Conduct preliminary interviews to ensure only quality candidates reach the hiring managers hence ensuring better & faster closures.

• Coordinate and schedule Interviews of candidates with Technical panel & managers.

• Regular coordination with hiring managers to gather & update on the current status of their requirements.

• Good negotiation skills are required to discuss the pay and close offers.

• Prepare the required recruitment related report.

• Excellent Communication and presentation skills with result oriented approach will be a great PLUS.
