Basic Requirement:

1. Minimum experience of 12+ years (Mandatory).
2. At least 5 years of experience in production support delivery.
3. Delivery leadership experience in infrastructure support services for a portfolio of multiple accounts and/or multiple engagements.
4. Led engagements of 60-80 engineers in an Onsite-Offshore model.
5. Excellent client management and stakeholder governance skills.
6. Excellent team/people management skills.

Infra & Cloud Skills requirement:

1.      Experience in managing traditional Azure Cloud & Infrastructure support or SaaS Platform support.

2.      Deep experience in service delivery of Azure Infrastructure, Compute, Storage, Database, Backup, network availability monitoring and management L1+L2+L3 Operations,

3.      Exposure and experience in Cloud based Service availability monitoring and management, Cloud Utilization Governance, Cloud Security governance, etc.

4.      Good to have experience in managing Cloud technology transformation projects - transformation/upgrade/migrations/consulting

5.      Exposure or experience in managing Service Desk/ Digital Workplace / EUC support projects

6.      Application availability monitoring and L1+L2 management support experience will be an added advantage.

7.      Focus on driving operational efficiency leveraging generative AI.

Operation & Project Governance, Financials:

1.      Ability to drive KPI/SLA metrics driven Managed service delivery Engagements – Fixed Cost - 24X7 operations, Fixed Cost - Migration/Upgrades/Transformation projects.

2.      Conducing Regular stakeholder governance calls/meetings – Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly

3.      Managing Risks/Issues without disrupting delivery.

4.      Skill X Competency X team size X Shift coverage – Optimization.

5.      Managing high Customer satisfaction Index (CSAT).

6.      People management Skills - Managing retention, driving high performance team culture, grooming talent to next level.

7.      Account Revenue Growth and maximize Revenue realization by managing high Profitability.

8.      Guiding projected Revenue and profitability to management

9.      Building New Business - Project effort Estimation skills, contributing to pre-sales, build case studies

10.  SOW/Contract formation and reviews and delivery model solution proposals.

11.  Continuous focus on skilling the team to next level.
